The client understands that all items Shared or Purchased online at Franklin Paterson Company, Inc. are innovative products or services. In particular, the Franklin Paterson Company, Inc. Resume Questionnaire ©, the Career Strategy, the Interview Preparation Documents, and Questionnaires. The aforementioned documents are the proprietary property of Franklin Paterson Company Inc.
These documents are valuable assets and are not acquired, kept, resold, disclosed, or distributed to others without payment. Please return the Career Strategy, Interview preparation documents, and/ or the Resume Questionnaire © within forty-eight hours of receiving the document or forty-eight hours of giving the notice to receive a full refund should you decide not to proceed with the resume writing or interview training process. Our Career Strategy, Resume Questionnaire ©, and /or the Interview Preparation Documents© is FREE only to paying customers who have purchased Interview Training services clients or resume services, who were forwarded the documents by Franklin Paterson Company, Inc. as part of the resume writing and interview training process.
If you decide you discontinue the resume writing process, the interview preparation, or career strategy coaching, in all cases, please return the Questionnaires © and other Training Documents within the first 48 hours of receipt of the document. Should you keep the proprietary Resume Questionnaire or the Interview Preparation documents - you will be charged the $135.00 fee, which is the price you would pay if you purchased the material separately. Unfortunately, we cannot allow the distribution and use of our proprietary property without our permission by persons who are not clients of The Franklin Paterson Company, Inc.
Should you decide not to proceed with the writing or interview coaching process, please be sure to return all proprietary resume writing or resume design documents WITHIN the required 48 hours to ensure a full refund, and abide by the rule that the proprietary documents are not for distribution to others without written permission from Franklin Paterson Company, Inc.Suppose you decide to cancel an order for which you received a Questionnaire © or the Interview Preparation Training Documents and did not return the Questionnaire © within 48 hours of the written or emailed notice of cancellation. In that case, the $135.00 fee will be deducted from the price you paid for the entire service. The remainder/refund will be returned within ten days of your notification of a canceled order.

You may download or print a single copy of any portion of the Resume Questionnaire Content for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any trademark, copyright, or other notice contained in such Content. No other use is permitted unless otherwise expressly permitted by Franklin Paterson Company, Inc.
You may not republish the Resume Questionnaire Content on any Internet, Intranet, or Extranet site or incorporate the Content in any database, compilation, archive, cache, or store the Questionnaire Content in electronic form on your computer or mobile device unless otherwise unless expressly permitted by Franklin Paterson Company, Inc., share the contents of the Questionnaire with any external firm or someone who is not an employee of our company. You may not distribute or share any of the Questionnaire's Content with others, whether or not payment is involved or other consideration.
You may not modify, copy, frame, reproduce, share, publish, transmit, display, sell, or otherwise use any portion of the Franklin Paterson Company Questionnaire © Content without securing the prior written consent of Franklin Paterson Company, Inc. or its authorized representative. As stated in our refund policy, once the Questionnaire has been created and forwarded to you, you will be charged $135.00 for the work put into the creation of the Custom Questionnaire should you decide to discontinue the resume writing process once it has been sent to you.
We appreciate your business and endeavor to make corrections/additions as requested or needed during the resume-writing process to guarantee your satisfaction. You have up to one year to use your purchase and complete the resume writing process. You have up to three months from the date of purchase to start the resume design process. We realize that events may arise that may delay the start of your job search effort, or the service may be a gift that the recipient may not use immediately. Should you decide to discontinue the process once the draft of the resume has been sent to you, a fee of $35.00/hour will be deducted from the refund. At a minimum, a resume draft takes three hours.
Once the draft of the new resume is sent to you, please return the document immediately should you decide to halt or significantly delay the resume writing process. In addition, please update your writer if there will be a substantial delay in starting your services or a delay in the process in excess of three months. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once our writers have begun working on any aspect of the service you purchased. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Once our writers and researchers start working on your project, including the career strategy aspect of resume writing, we cannot issue a full refund.
Writers may use your old resume, the Questionnaire © plus resume, the Questionnaire © only, and in-person or telephone interviews as the basis for information to write your resume. Do not hesitate to contact us within 72 hours or three business days upon receipt of the documents' first draft if you need to revise your resume, letters, etc. We will make two revisions or additions to the resume within the first ten days of receiving the final documents. We will work with you to make the revisions you desire to ensure your satisfaction.
Given the unique benefits of the resume writing process, which includes career counseling, job research, review of your current document, or ongoing interview preparation for the interviewing process strategy (whether started before, during, or after the purchase), ob board referrals, initial call or contact with a writer and career counselor and during the process/discussion of having your resume written; we have a strict "no return, no refund" policy after the stated period.
Due to the research, design, and ongoing counseling preparation needed to begin the writing process, we cannot issue a refund once our writers and researchers start working with you after you purchase the service. Writing your resume or cover letter is a creative, time-intensive process; consequently, no refunds are permitted once the creative or coaching process has begun. All resume design and cover letter services sales are final once the writer begins the research, design, counseling, and preparation process to create your resume or cover letter. The client agrees to pay Franklin Paterson Company, Inc. and the associated writer the reasonable costs of enforcement for legal costs if it is necessary for Franklin Paterson Company, Inc. to retain an attorney and institute legal proceedings.
The laws of the state of Indiana shall prevail in enforcing this contract.
