The client understands that all items Shared or Purchased online at Franklin Paterson Company, Inc. are creative products or services. In particular,
the Franklin Paterson Company, Inc. Resume Questionnaire Š, the Career Strategy, the Interview Preparation Documents, and Questionnaires.

These documents are the proprietary property of Franklin Paterson Company Inc. and are valuable assets, and are not acquired, kept, resold, disclosed, or distributed to others without payment. Please return the Career Strategy, Interview preparation documents, and the Resume Questionnaire Š within forty-eight hours of receiving the documents or Questionnaire Š to receive a full refund should you decide not to proceed with resume writing or interview training.

Our Career Strategy, Resume Questionnaire Š, and the Interview Preparation DocumentsŠ are FREE only to paying customers who have purchased Interview Training services and clients who were forwarded the documents by Franklin Paterson Company, Inc. for the resume writing and interview training process. If you discontinue the resume writing process, the interview preparation, or career strategy coaching, in all cases, please return the Questionnaires Š and other Training Documents within 48 hours of receipt. Should you keep the proprietary resume writing or the interview prep documents - you will be charged the $125.00 fee per document, which you would pay if you purchased the material alone.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow the distribution of our proprietary property to persons who are not clients of The Franklin Paterson Company, Inc. Should you decide not to proceed with the writing or interview coaching process, please be sure to return all of the proprietary resume writing or resume design documents WITHIN the required 48 hours to ensure a full refund and abide by the rule that the proprietary documents are not for distribution to others without written permission from Franklin Paterson Company, Inc. If you cancel an order for which you received a Questionnaire Š or the Interview Preparation Training Documents and did not return the Questionnaire Š within 48 hours, the $125.00 fee per document would be deducted from the price you paid. We will send you notice of the deductions. The remainder will be returned within ten days of your notification of a canceled order.

You may use the Franklin Paterson Company, Inc. Questionnaire Š and its contents solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and you may download or print a single copy of any portion of the Resume Questionnaire Content for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any trademark, copyright or other notice contained in such Content. No other use is permitted unless otherwise expressly permitted by Franklin Paterson Company, Inc.

IMPORTANT: You may not republish the Resume Questionnaire Content on any Internet, Intranet, or Extranet site or incorporate the Content in any database, compilation, archive, cache, or store the Questionnaire Content in electronic form on your computer or mobile device unless otherwise unless expressly permitted by Franklin Paterson Company, Inc., share the contents of the Questionnaire with any external firm or a person who is not an employee.

You may not distribute or share any of the Questionnaire's Content with others, whether or not payment is involved or other consideration. You may not modify, copy, frame, reproduce, sell, publish, transmit, display, or otherwise use any portion of the Franklin Paterson Company, Inc. Questionnaire Š Content without notifying and securing the prior written consent of Franklin Paterson Company, Inc.

Resume Writing

We appreciate your business and endeavor to make corrections/additions as requested or needed during the resume-writing process to guarantee your satisfaction. You have up to one year to use your purchase and complete the resume writing process and up to three months from the date of purchase to start the resume design process. We realize that events may delay the start of your job search effort, or the service may be a gift that the recipient may not use immediately. Would you please update your writer if there will be a substantial delay in starting your services exceeding three months?

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once our writers have begun working on your resume. Please get in touch with us if you have any problems with your order.Once our writers and researchers start the process of working on your resume, we cannot issue a refund.

Writers may use your old resume, the Questionnaire Š plus resume, the Questionnaire Š only, and in-person or telephone interviews as the basis for information to write your resume. Don't hesitate to contact us within 72 hours or three business days upon receipt of the first draft of the documents if you need to revise your resume, letters, etc. We will make two revisions or additions to the resume within the first ten days of receiving the final documents. We will work with you to make the revisions you desire to ensure your satisfaction. Our approach to creating your collateral is guided by our values, which are honesty, integrity, courage, fairness, and a sense of duty to the customer and the job search community.

Given the unique benefits of the resume writing process, career counseling, job research, review of your current document, interview training, and job board referrals that you receive from your initial call or contact with a writer and career counselor and during the process/discussion of having your resume written; we have a strict "no return, no refund" policy after the stated period. Due to the research, design, and counseling preparation needed to begin writing, we cannot issue a refund once our writers and researchers start working on your resume.

Writing your resume or cover letter is creative; no refunds are permitted on innovative products or services. All resume design and cover letter services sales are final once the writer begins the research, design, and counseling preparation process to create your resume or cover letter. The client agrees to pay Franklin Paterson Company, Inc. the reasonable costs of enforcement for collection if it is necessary for Franklin Paterson Company, Inc. to retain an attorney and institute legal proceedings. The laws of the state of Indiana shall prevail in enforcing this contract.
